Terms & Conditions

All sales are final.

Please Note: Chicopee reserves the right to close or reduce operating hours, facilities, lifts or runs without notice to the public; based on weather, available terrain, snow condition, mechanical reason, slowness in business, if it is not feasible to operate, or for any reason outside of our control.

Chicopee follows all Public Health and Agency regulations.

Winter Programs or Camps

  • All sales are final, non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Chicopee reserves the right to move students to the appropriate lesson or program for their ability.
  • Students may transfer their program/camp to another date (subject to availability) if the request is made at least 21 days prior to the start of the program/camp at the current price. No transfer will be made after the program start.
  • All unattended lessons will be forfeited.
  • All programs run, cold weather, rain, or shine. Please dress for the weather.
  • If Chicopee is unable to operate due to weather conditions, it will be posted on the website 2 hours prior to the lesson. Where possible, programs will be extended to complete the program. If the program cannot be extended a prorated refund will be issued by the method of the original payment and to the original payee.
  • Programs or camps cancelled by Chicopee, due to lack of registration, will be completely refunded by the method of the original payment and to the original payee.

Private Lessons

  • All sales are final, non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Lessons maybe moved to a different date and time up to 24 hours in advance.
  • Cancelled lessons with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $25 administration fee and the remaining balance will be returned in the form of a credit, valid until the last day of the current winter season.

Gift Cards

  • All sales are final.
  • Gift Cards cannot be refunded or replaced.

Lift Tickets

  • All sales are final.
  • Please read liability and rules on the back of your lift ticket. You are responsible for your ticket. Each ticket must be attached to a new wire. Lost, stolen or tickets that have fallen off will not be replaced.
  • All ticket users must adhere to our wellness code and Alpine Responsibility Code.
  • Chicopee reserves the right to alter o change pricing at any time.
